AI Enabled Chat UI Kits

Earlier in the year, we celebrated the release of our Chat UI Kits, featuring over 100 sleek, pre-built components that make building chat interfaces a breeze. Notably user-friendly, these kits empower developers with the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive chat experiences within minutes. Available across Android, iOS, and web platforms, these UI Kits cater to diverse user preferences.
What sets them apart is the seamless integration of AI functionality, including AI Answer Assist, AI Translate, and AI Rephrase.

AI Extensions

Embracing the AI Revolution, the QuickBlox development team has produced a suite of powerful AI Extensions – AI features that can extend the functionality of your chat app– designed to augment your communication experiences.

• AI Answer Assist: Swiftly respond to messages with intelligent quick answers.
• AI Translate: Enjoy real-time translations for seamless global communication.
• AI Rephrase: Instantaneously alter message tones with this innovative rephrasing feature.

Initially included as part of the UI Kits, our AI Extensions are now stand-alone libraries, offering flexibility and independence from UI Kits.

SmartChat Assistant

The star of the show this year however, is our just-released SmartChat Assistant, empowering developers and customers alike to create virtual assistants tailored to their needs. This groundbreaking feature gives you the power to create your own virtual assistants, tailored to your company’s policies and products. Your developers can now leverage the QuickBlox platform to train knowledge bots, transforming them into experts capable of providing valuable insights. Whether integrated into your apps or websites, the SmartChat Assistant is a versatile addition designed to enhance your customer engagement.

HIPAA Compliant SmartChat Assistant

In our commitment to inclusivity and privacy, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of a HIPAA compliant version of the SmartChat Assistant. Tailored for telemedicine apps, this ensures that your healthcare interactions remain secure, meeting the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Q-Consultation Evolution

Our white-label video consultation solution, Q-Consultation, has also undergone a transformation this year. Integrated with OpenAI, it now boasts all 5 of the AI Extensions including Answer Assist, Translate and Rephrase, as well as:

• AI Transcribe: Convert audio or video calls into written form
• AI Summarize: Create concise summaries of chat threads

Q-Consultation Lite

As a bonus, 2023 saw the birth of Q-Consultation Lite, an open-source code initiative, making video communication more accessible than ever.

Compliance

QuickBlox achieved SOC 2, Type 1 compliance, reaffirming our unwavering commitment to security.

Developer Outreach

We’ve also intensified our developer outreach efforts, expanding our library of video tutorials and launching our developer Discord community. We invite you to join this thriving community to connect, collaborate, and stay updated.

What to Expect in 2024

Hold onto your seats as we gear up for more in 2024!

• Anticipate the release of AI Transcribe and AI Summarize libraries, expanding the capabilities of our AI Extensions.
• Watch out for a chat-only version of Q-Consultation- which offers a comprehensive chat messaging platform with private meeting/waiting rooms and AI features.
• We will soon be releasing a revamped version of Q-Municate ! – our popular white label messenger app – which will be available on the app store.
