What is meant by «total users»?

By total users we mean the total number of users registered in your app database whether they are active or not.

What is data retention?

We have limits on data retention for each of our Cloud Plans. Our data retention policy means your historical data may no longer be available if the data is older than the plan retention limits. You can increase these limits by moving to a paid plan.

Is there a limit to the number of allowed concurrent connections?

Concurrent connections — the total number of user devices connected to an application at the same time — are subject to fair use on all our Cloud plans (Basic, Starter, Growth, HIPAA Cloud). Enterprise plans don’t limit connections but there are plan and performance limits that will impact on the total number of connections supported.

How much do you charge per minute for video calls?

There is no per minute charge for peer-to-peer video calls or video conference calls. However, our video conferencing solution requires the set-up of a dedicated media server which involves a monthly fee and additional bandwidth costs.

Can I try out video conferencing on the Basic Plan?

We do not as a default offer video conferencing on the Basic Plan. You would need to upgrade to one of our subscription plans. Please contact sales if you would like to trial a video conferencing demo account.

What happens if I exceed the limits of the Basic (free) Plan?

If you exceed the limits of the Basic Plan, the account owner will receive a notification requesting them to upgrade their plan, otherwise services will potentially be suspended. Please see our Terms of Service.
